Highsense Infotech built the full client-facing stack for AG Analyst: a public website, a CRM for lead follow-up, KYC onboarding integrated with DigiLocker, portfolio management, and a mobile app for delivering research tips to subscribers.

The problem

AG Analyst had the research capability but none of the infrastructure around it. Enquiries arrived through calls and messages with no system behind them, so follow-up depended on whoever remembered. Onboarding was manual: clients emailed scanned PAN and Aadhaar documents, someone checked them by eye, and the paperwork sat in a folder.

Delivery was the other half. Research tips were being sent through broadcast lists, which meant no reliable record of who received what, no way to stop sending to lapsed clients, and no portfolio view a client could open for themselves. For an advisory business, where the document trail is part of the obligation, none of that was comfortable.

What Highsense Infotech built

We built the website as the front door and the CRM as the engine behind it. Enquiries from the site land directly in the CRM as leads with a source, an owner and a follow-up date, so nothing depends on memory. Statuses, call notes and scheduled follow-ups sit on the lead record, and conversion is visible by source.

Onboarding moved to DigiLocker. Instead of emailing scanned documents, a client authenticates with DigiLocker and their verified identity documents are pulled directly - so the record is government-issued rather than a photograph of a card, and onboarding completes in minutes instead of days of back and forth.

Portfolio management gives each client a current view of their holdings and positions rather than a spreadsheet sent on request. And research tips go out through a dedicated mobile app: a tip is published once, delivered to entitled subscribers, and logged against both the tip and the recipient - so who received what, and when, is a record rather than a recollection.

Subscription & payments

Plan definitions, start and expiry dates, renewal reminders and payment-gateway integration.

What changed

  • Enquiries become tracked leads with an owner and a follow-up date, instead of depending on who remembers to call back.
  • KYC is completed against government-issued documents pulled from DigiLocker, rather than scans checked by eye.
  • Onboarding finishes in minutes instead of days of document back-and-forth.
  • Clients open their own portfolio view rather than requesting a spreadsheet.
  • Every tip has a record of who received it and when, and lapsed subscribers stop receiving them automatically.
